Jharkhand Eye Bank Hospital and Research Centre is run by Bihar Eye Bank Trust, a registered charitable trust (No. 17174 of 1974 under the Indian Trust Act), founded by Late N. Baksi I.C.S. The Trust is headed by H.E. the Governor of Jharkhand and includes other state dignitaries.
