FIRST POST COVID OUTREACH CAMP
FREE CATARACT OPERATION CAMP AND MEDICAL CHECK UP
The camp will be conducted with due precaution against Covid 19. Patients needing cataract operation will be brought to the hospital in Ranchi with an attendant if necessary. Aadhar card or other ID will be required for these patients. They and their attendants will receive free food and lodging. Pre-and-post operative medicines and dark glasses are provided. Follow up will be done one week and then one month later.
People interested in charitable work are invited to volunteer to help in running the camp in these Covid times. They may contact 9709084193.

Jharkhand Eye Bank Hospital and Research Centre is run by Bihar Eye Bank Trust, a registered charitable trust (No. 17174 of 1974 under the Indian Trust Act), founded by Late N. Bakshi I.C.S. The Trust is headed by H.E. the Governor of Jharkhand and includes other state dignitaries.
The Bihar Eye Bank Trust is a permanent member of Eye Bank Association of India and is registered under the District Blindness Control Society, Ranchi.
The Hospital is housed in a three-storied building standing on 0.7 acres of land in Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand. It is easily reached road, rail and air.
