On 3 December 2025, a free health camp was held at the Tundahulli Panchayat Bhavan in Kukui Village, Ormanjhi. The camp was organized jointly by the Art of Living and the Jharkhand Eye Bank, Hospital and Research Centre, which is run by the Bihar Eye Bank Trust.

About 100 patients were checked, among them the Mukhiya of Ormanjhi Sri Dipak Baraik. Medicines were given free of cost and those requiring further treatment were advised to visit the hospital.

The camp was attended by Mr. Kishore Dharmarajan from Canada, who came with his family as the Chief Guest, along with other Art of Living members from Mumbai and different places.

They were welcomed with a local procession of drummers and Chhau dancers.

Guests were greeted with crowns of leaves, bouquets, and the traditional anga vastra.

Local leaders including Gram Pradhan Sri Sonaram Mahto and the Mukhiyas of Tundahulli Panchayat and Ormanjhi also joined and addressed the gathering.

While the medical work continued, cultural performances were held.

A singer performed with women dancers, followed by a Chhau dance depicting the goddess Durga defeating Mahishasur.

At the end of the camp, lunch prepared with local produce was served at the Gram Pradhan’s house.

The event was organized by Sri Pravin Kumar, Advanced Course teacher and Head, Rural Project of Jharkhand. His wife Sm. Sarmishtha Kumar, teacher of Happiness Programme, accompanied him with all the guests. Among local people, Sri Sonaram Mahto, Gram Pradhan took a leading role and Sri Nikhil Raj ensured that the needs of the medical teams were met. The eye testing team incuded Sri Kalyan Ghorai, optometrist with two ophthalmic assistants, Sm. Enjlina Toppo and Sri Mukesh Kumar Singh. Dr. P. Sinha, Secretary, Bihar Eye Bank Trust assisted them. The camp provided valuable medical care and community support to the villagers of Kukui.
